Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) is seeking a CDL-B Driver based in Shawano, WI. This role starts with an early morning dispatch schedule, Monday–Friday, 1am–5am shifts, and a $26.50/hour training wage with a separate component pay after training. A $5,000 sign-on bonus applies (terms: check eligibility).

Primary duties include safe operation of tractor trailer or straight truck, timely deliveries, and customer interaction. Benefits include health, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-B license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) on tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and needed repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety guidelines; inspect trailer load security.
• Verify orders and compare with customer invoices.
• Process required paperwork accurately.
• Deliver and unload products to customers on scheduled routes.
• Secure and lock equipment and freight after shifts.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per regulations.
• Perform general housekeeping in the loading dock area.
