Silvi Materials in Englishtown, NJ is hiring a Concrete Truck Driver to deliver ready-mix concrete safely and on schedule. You will operate an 80,000-lb truck, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and communicate with dispatch about deliveries.

The role requires a valid CDL-A or CDL-B and a DOT Medical Card, willingness to work a night-to-early-morning schedule, and adherence to DOT rules. Good benefits and retirement options are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A or CDL-B required with a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, with start times between 12:00 am and 9:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high quality and safety standards while ensuring timely, accurate delivery of concrete.
• Operate an 80,000 lb ready-mix truck in compliance with all regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines; report repairs as needed.
• Load and pour concrete using ladders, main chutes, and extension chutes; navigate areas with heavy traffic.
• Maintain delivery, truck, and driving records per company and regulatory requirements.
