Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads equipment and maintains timely transport schedules.
• Completes transportation logs and documents in EHR.
• Maintains vehicle safety and adheres to HIPAA and SOPs.
• Coordinates with Behavioral Health staff and other organizations as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate degree or 2 years related experience
