Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and Concerted Care Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced Van Driver for its Brooklyn Park, MD location. You will be responsible for safe, reliable transportation of clients to treatment programs, medical appointments, and other approved locations, while following HIPAA and confidentiality rules.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and driving record verification.
• Previous experience driving passenger vans or working in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from treatment programs, medical appointments, and approved community locations.
• Operate 12–15 passenger vans in accordance with DOT, FMCSA, and state safety regulations when applicable.
• Maintain adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational transportation policies.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules while maintaining flexibility for program needs.
• Document transportation activities, including mileage, passenger logs, and incident reports.
• Provide respectful and supportive interaction with clients in accordance with trauma-informed care principles.
