You will service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers and ensure safe collection, transport, and disposal of materials, while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automated side load truck on assigned routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely and efficiently.
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns or route delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Use onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Assist teammates after completing routes; follow DOT rules and PPE guidelines.
