Coastal Waste & Recycling is hiring a CDL - ASL Driver to safely operate an automated side load truck on assigned routes. You will service residential, commercial, and municipal customers while delivering reliable, professional service daily.

We emphasize safety, teamwork, and growth. You will complete pre/post-trip inspections, use onboard tech for records, and follow DOT regulations as part of a stable, expanding company.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and equipment safely.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an automated side load truck on routes.
• Service residential, commercial, industrial, or municipal customers.
• Collect, transport, deliver, exchange, or dispose of materials per procedures.
• Operate hydraulic equipment and vehicle controls safely.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Report mechanical concerns, safety issues, accidents, or delays promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch and operations throughout the day.
• Utilize onboard technology to complete route documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and appearance.
• Assist teammates with other operational needs as directed by management.
• Follow DOT regulations and PPE requirements.
