Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. in Murfreesboro, TN, is hiring a CDL Asphalt Distributor Driver/Tack Truck Driver to support our paving crews on commercial parking lots, city streets, and highways.

The role requires a valid CDL with tanker endorsement and a readiness to work a day shift with occasional night hours. You will operate the distributor and water trucks, assist with paving equipment, and perform routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement required.
• Minimum 1 year of asphalt paving experience preferred but not required.
• Physical ability for routine spray system maintenance and cleaning.
• Willingness to perform various labor tasks on-site as part of a crew.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and nights when necessary.
• Commitment to safe driving and operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Distributor / Tack Truck to spray tack and prepare surfaces.
• Drive and move the Water Truck on the job site as needed.
• Train to operate paving equipment such as skid steer and roller.
• Work behind the paver with a shovel or asphalt rake as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by foreman.
