Job summary

Penske is seeking a CDL Class A Yard Driver in Batavia, IL. You will operate late‑model Penske trucks, move trailers, couple/uncouple, and ensure safety with in-cab cameras. Enjoy a 4‑day work week and home daily, with weekly pay and strong benefits.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a DOT medical card, and a clean DMV/MVR. You’ll work Sundays through Wednesdays starting at 9:00 PM, with overtime possible for over 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and domicile in the U.S.
• DOT medical card (non-excepted interstate) required
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in last 3 years or 2 years in past 5 years
• DMV/MVR with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency and ability to work the set schedule

Responsibilities

• Move trailers in and out of dock as directed by management
• Couple and uncouple trailers
• Chock trailers as they are spotted for loading/unloading and pulling from doors
