Job summary

The High Companies is hiring a Yard Person on CDL A for our Springboro, OH plant. This position supports the yard and loading operations between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM on two shifts with a $3.00/hour differential after 5 PM.

The role requires operating trucks in the yard and assisting with product movement to trailers for shipments to jobsites. Join a long‑standing precast concrete leader with strong benefits and a safety culture.

Qualifications

• CDL A required - Manual transmission.
• Experience in precast/concrete industry preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading/unloading and hooking up products.
• Strip yard products from forms and store in yard.
• Operate company equipment to move material and load trailers.
• Follow hand signals and use scanners for inventory verification.
• Drive in the yard as needed (10% of shift).
• Maintain safe and efficient yard operations.
