Job summary

TransForce seeks a CDL A Yard Driver in Mansfield, TX. This local position pays $32/hour and requires forklift experience. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with mandatory overtime during peak seasons; up to 60 trailer moves daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating commercial vehicles, yard trucks, forklifts, or similar equipment
• Forklift experience of at least 6 months

CDL A Driver - Yard Driver - $32/hr-Mansfield, TX

This CDL-A yard driver role in Mansfield, TX pays $32 per hour. The work is local, and requires at least 6 months of forklift experience.

• Pay: $32 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Overtime: Mandatory during peak seasons; shifts may run from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Moves: Up to 60 trailer moves per day, depending on operational needs
• Equipment: Yard truck with box trailers
• Additional Duties: May operate a forklift when there are no trailers to move
• Experience: At least one year of experience operating commercial vehicles, yard trucks, forklifts, or similar material-handling equipment
• Ability to safely complete frequent trailer moves within a busy facility yard
• Forklift experience (6 months) required
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents within the last three years
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
• Safely move and position box trailers throughout the facility yard
• Complete up to 60 trailer moves per day based on operational needs
• Transport packaging materials within the assigned facility
• Inspect equipment before and after each shift
• Operate a forklift when needed and qualified
• Follow all warehouse, yard, and company safety procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the operations team
