You will work with dispatchers, routers, and warehouse staff to keep trailers aligned with shuttle movements and backhaul plans, while adhering to DOT regulations and the company's safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A with required endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Read and communicate in English, including reports and signs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dispatcher/Router on truck, trailer, and dock door assignments.
• Keep equipment properly coupled and ready for use.
• Move trailers between buildings as directed by Router or Supervisor.
• Load/unload/consolidate loads between trailers and areas.
• Stage shuttle trailers for Shuttle Drivers nightly.
• Prepare trailers for backhaul operations and unloading.
• Ensure equipment is ready for next day's deliveries.
• Coordinate with mechanics on maintenance needs.
• Attend required meetings and training; follow DOT safety rules.
