SIDCO Team in Grapevine, TX is seeking a dedicated Yard Hostler to safely maneuver trailers, containers, and equipment within the yard and offsite areas. The role requires precise vehicle handling, routine inspections, and coordination with teammates to keep yard operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a CDL A license, 2–3 years of current experience, a clean safety record, and is comfortable with MVR and background checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely maneuver and position trailers and equipment in the yard.
• Operate tractors and trailers and other yard vehicles.
• Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment.
• Assist in loading and unloading freight as needed.
• Maintain records of yard movements and activities.
• Collaborate with team to optimize yard operations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols while operating vehicles.
