Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a CDL-A licensed driver to move and park trucks and trailers, support shipping/receiving, and perform routine equipment maintenance. You will document movements, adhere to safety policies, and participate in driver workshops in a fast-paced yard environment.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, route/delivery duties as needed, and ensuring cleanliness of the yard.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A license with tanker endorsement if needed.
• Must meet DOT requirements and be eligible for DFA MVR standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform trailer movement to optimize plant/warehouse efficiency.
• Hook/unhook and move trucks around dock area.
• Spot/position trailers for loading/unloading at dock spaces.
• Maintain accurate trailer and inventory movement logs.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and keep area sanitary and clean.
• Wash exteriors of trucks and trailers as needed in yard.
