Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Naples, FL location. The role supports the team by accurately receiving/pulling orders, loading trucks, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Backup drivers deliver on-time, maintain safety standards, and help with loading/unloading as required. Requires 21+ years old, a CDL (Hazmat preferred), a clean MVR/PSP in the last 3 years, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license (CDL) preferably with Hazmat endorsement
• MVR and PSP showing ≤2 violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects up to 100 lbs
• Prior forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup
• Assist in loading delivery trucks and unloading shipments
• Receive shipments and log into inventory, perform cycle counts
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area; communicate with team
• Operate forklift and report discrepancies; perform vehicle safety checks
• Perform other duties as assigned and backup drivers when needed
• Follow DOT and FMCSR regulations and ensure proper securing of loads
