Job summary

Ecology Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Class A Driver to safely transport materials using Walking Floor trailers in Lancaster, CA. A CDL is required and at least 2 years of verifiable driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, secure loading/unloading, and accurate logbooks. Expect Mon-Sat shifts, 3 AM–3 PM, with a strong focus on safety and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.
• Reliable with commitment to meeting delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Walking Floor Trailers to transport materials.
• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Inspect and maintain Walking Floor Trailers; report issues.
• Load/unload materials securely and efficiently.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Communicate with dispatch, team, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety.
• Follow routes and schedules; adjust as needed.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and company disposal guidelines.
