Select Water Solutions, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver for night shifts operating a heavy vacuum truck. The role focuses on safe loading, securing loads, timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean, compliant vehicle with DOT rules.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL A, a HazMat endorsement if possible, and can pass the DOT pre-employment physical. Energy sector experience is valued, with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required; tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 21 years old and able to pass DOT pre-employment physical.
• 1 year of CDL A driving experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret driving routes, safety rules, and procedures.
• Willingness to work night or weekend shifts; energy industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure truck for deliveries.
• Ensure accurate weight of shipments.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep the vehicle clean.
• Conduct proper vehicle inspections and maintain DOT records.
• Comply with all DOT requirements and company safety rules.
• Maintain driver qualification and driving records.
• Keep paperwork in order and document transactions.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and safe driving.
• Coordinate with Procurement for deliveries and pickups.
• Represent the company in a professional manner in uniform.
