Select Water Solutions is seeking a CDL A driver for pump truck operations in a safety-forward role. You will load, transport, and unload oilfield equipment, operate a high-pressure pump, and ensure compliance with DOT rules while maintaining equipment and paperwork.

Responsibilities include loading and securing cargo, monitoring gauges, and delivering on time. The role requires 1 year of CDL A experience, energy-industry exposure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as CDL A driver.
• CDL A license.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Meet all Federal Motor Carrier D.O.T. requirements and safety qualifications.
• Current D.O.T. medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and interpret driving routes and manuals.
• Pass D.O.T. pre-employment physical.
• Able to work night or weekend shifts.
• Detail oriented due to safety requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• CDL certification from accredited driving school; one year driving experience.
• Experience in energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure pump with controls and monitor gauges.
• Load and secure loads; ensure proper weight distribution.
• Observe equipment gauges and use hand signals for safety.
• Drive safely and deliver on time while maintaining logs.
• Load/unload truck with equipment; assist in yard/field as needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance.
• Keep driver qualifications and records up to date.
