Job summary

Circle K is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Grease Trap Service Technician / Vacuum Truck Driver to service commercial customers across the region. You will operate vacuum equipment, clean grease traps and interceptors, and transport liquid waste.

The role requires lifting 50+ pounds, maintaining logs, and ensuring DOT/OSHA safety standards; prior CDL, tanker, septic or waste industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vacuum trucks, tanker trucks, and pumping equipment.
• Pump, clean, and maintain grease traps, grease interceptors, and lift stations.
• Remove and transport liquid waste to approved disposal facilities.
• Perform grease trap cleaning services for restaurants and commercial facilities.
• Complete service tickets, manifests, driver logs, and required documentation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards.
• Maintain professional customer relationships while servicing accounts.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and clean.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service requests as needed.

This position is responsible for operating vacuum truck equipment, cleaning grease traps and interceptors, removing liquid waste, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a CDL Driver, Tanker Driver, Septic Technician, Wastewater Operator, Environmental Technician, Route Service Technician, Utility Worker, or Industrial Cleaning Technician.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Safely operate vacuum trucks, tanker trucks, and pumping equipment.
