Job summary

Peak Utility Infrastructure is seeking crew members to work on underground utility projects in residential and commercial areas. A CDL A license is required, and applicants should be able to lift up to 80 lbs, work in teams, and follow detailed instructions.

Pay rate ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour for non-exempt field work. The role involves operating and assisting with heavy equipment, staying safe on site, and completing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• CDL A license required.
• Experience with underground utilities desired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew leader in construction/reconstruction and maintenance work.
• Assist equipment operators, swamping, hand digging, locating underground obstructions.
• Work with jackhammers, rotary drills, power actuated fasteners and other necessary tools.
• Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Work safely around backhoes, excavators, trenchers and dump truck.
• Clean and prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
