Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Truck Driver / Yard Jockey in MEADVILLE, PA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exercising safe and efficient practices when operating equipment, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely moves and service to our customers and team. At Lazer, we are driven to achieve!

• $22.50 Per Hour
• Overtime after 40 Hours
• Shift: Sun-Wed nights 5:30p-5:30a

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and company guidelines
• Transport trailers to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety
• Adhere to safety policies and federal, state, and industry regulations
• Handle equipment and products properly, ensuring quality service
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, team members, and vendors; maintain accurate logs

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A
• Proven experience as a CDL A driver with a satisfactory MVR record
• Current DOT Physical and Medical Card
• Knowledge of federal, state, and industry driving regulations
• Ability to handle long hours and various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as entering and exiting the truck multiple times
