Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking CDL-A drivers for its St. George Western fleet. Most loads are 2 days or less, with stays West across 11 states, and home every 2 weeks. New drivers can expect paid training and a guaranteed first-month floor pay.

Earn weekly pay with potential bonuses, benefits after 30 days, and a pathway to steady miles. Trainees welcome with 4–6 weeks of over-the-road training and a standard onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and be 21+ years old.
• 6 months OTR in the last 12 months or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Military experience considered with DD214.
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5–10 years and clean driving history for the past 3 years.
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing.

St. George drivers: short Western runs, a guaranteed floor your first months solo, and paid training for new CDL holders.

Why This Western Fleet

• Short Runs: most loads are 2 days or less
• Stays West: 11 Western states, with the option to run further if you want more miles
• Home Every 2 Weeks: with steady weekly miles in between

Pay

• $1,000 to $1,300 average weekly gross
• Up to $0.06 per mile extra through the performance bonus
• $1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months solo
• $15 stop pay, $20 assist unload pay, $80 for full hand unloads
• 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week

Paid Training

• New CDL-A holders are welcome to apply
• 4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
• $650 weekly training pay, then straight to full solo driver pay
• Must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited CDL school

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Trainees welcome, no prior experience needed: just a valid Class A CDL and 120+ hours of CDL training
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
• Military experience considered with a valid DD214
• Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
• Must pass hair and urine drug testing
