365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional dry van routes. You start with a paid training program lasting 3–5 weeks at $850 per week, then earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with direct deposit every Friday.

The position is W-2 and designed for new drivers, with mostly no-touch freight, home weekly and lots of support from a driver-centric team.

Formación

• Holds a valid CDL-A license and meets FMCSA training requirements.
• 120+ hours of CDL instruction and training provider eligibility.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug tests.
• Able to work regional routes with weekly home time.

Responsabilidades

• Operate regional dry van routes with assigned tractors.
• Maintain safe driving practices and fuel-efficient habits.
• Complete necessary logs, reports and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
