NIS EXPRESS in Mount Juliet, TN is hiring drivers at all levels with transparent pay, modern equipment, and a structured training plan. Join a straightforward program that pays weekly from day one and assigns you a dedicated mentor during training.

The route features automatic transmission trucks, late-model dry vans, and the ability to take your truck home. You’ll qualify with a 4–6 week on-the-road training, a guaranteed weekly training wage, and a path to full solo pay once training ends.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, must be 21 or older.
• Brand new CDL-A holders accepted, or 6+ months of verifiable solo experience.
• 120+ hour certificate from an accredited CDL training school.
• Clean MVR and background check.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 to 10 years.
• Pass a hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Trucks are sitting ready now and drivers are assigned to you.
• Drive late-model trucks with automatic transmission and APUs.
• Take your truck home during time off and bring a passenger rider from day one.
• Participate in a 4–6 week mentor-led OTR training with guaranteed weekly pay.
