1776 Companies is seeking experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join Silver Creek Carriers, based in Chancellor, South Dakota. We are a family- and veteran-owned operation prioritizing safety, dependable service, and respect for drivers.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum of 2 years professional truck driving experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet applicable driver qualification requirements and DOT drug/alcohol testing.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport freight while meeting pickup and delivery requirements.
• Plan routes and manage driving time in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Monitor equipment condition and maintain a clean, safe truck.
• Secure, tarp, and untarp loads as required.
• Oversee loading and unloading activities when applicable.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs for compliance.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, deliveries, delays, and equipment needs.
• Follow company safety procedures and federal transportation regulations.
