NIS EXPRESS, based in Oceanside, CA, seeks entry-level drivers for a Western fleet designed for home time and training with pay. New license holders can start with structured training, earning $850 per week, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly during the first 3 months solo and an expectation of $1,000 to $1,500 weekly once running solo.

Qualifications

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.

Responsabilités

• Complete short runs, most loads 2 days or less.
• Be home every 2 weeks on a scheduled basis.
• Train with pay during initial period and perform standard trucking duties.

Training and Pay

• $15 stop pay, $20 assist unload, $80 full hand unload

Requirements

• At least 21 with a valid Class A CDL
• New drivers: 120+ hours at an accredited CDL school

• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
• No DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years, pass hair and urine drug testing
