Job summary

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Linehaul Drivers at our Burlington Township, NJ Service Center. As a Linehaul Driver, you will pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and/or turn-point locations, returning home daily.

Requirements include a CDL Class A, one year of recent verifiable experience, and a clean MVR/PSP. Candidates must pass DOT physical and a road test, and be able to lift and bend as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if transitioning from military CDL per FMCSA specs.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must pass a road test and be able to bend, lift and stoop as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A linehaul trucks hauling van or double trailers between service centers and turn-points.
• Return home daily after routes.

R+L Carriers has immediate opportunities for Class A Linehaul Drivers at our Burlington Township, NJ Service Center. As a Linehaul Driver, you will be tasked with pulling van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between our service centers and/or turn-point locations, and returning home daily.

Requirements

• CDL Class A
• 1 yr. combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP, with no commercial serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations total within the past 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if successfully met the FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL
• Must be able to operate equipment safely at all times
• Must be able to pass pre-employment DOT Physical and drug screen
• Must be able to complete a successful road test
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Must be dependable

Preferred

• Drivers with Doubles/Triples, Tanker, and Haz-mat CDL endorsements
• Experienced hauling Haz-mat
• Experienced pulling doubles
• Any LTL freight experience
