XPO is hiring a Truck Driver to operate tractor-trailers, including doubles and triples, delivering freight on a home daily schedule. A strong safety record, valid CDL-A, and willingness to obtain endorsements are required.

The role includes load/unload duties, customer service, and the potential to earn bonuses up to $6,000, plus comprehensive benefits. Experience with DOT regulations and ability to work flexible shifts (day, night, weekends) help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Endorsements (hazmat, tank, doubles/triples) within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests in 3 years.
• DOT Medical Certification Card or willing to obtain one.
• Able to work a flexible 12–14 hour day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
