XPO is hiring a Truck Driver - Home Daily (CDL A) in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate tractor-trailers, including doubles/triples, with a flexible 12–14 hour day and shifts that may include weekends. Experienced drivers earn $36.30 per hour, with full health insurance from day one, life and disability coverage, and 401(k) with company match.

You’ll also accrue up to 13 days of PTO, 9 paid holidays, and education assistance. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record and history
• Able to pass a DOT drug test
• Hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements preferred or obtainable within 90 days of employment
• Flexible schedule up to 12-14 hours per day, including days, nights and weekends
