Job summary

Swift Transportation seeks a CDL-A refrigerated OTR regional driver based out of Decatur, GA. This lane serves Central and Eastern regions with bi-weekly home time and a strong benefits package.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for the first 90 days, with an average weekly pay around $1,250. Eligible drivers can earn a monthly performance bonus and take advantage of a new fuel network and showers.

Qualifications

• CDL-A licence is required to drive refrigerated trailers.
• OTR experience preferred; will train new drivers for CDL-A.
• Must meet medical DOT standards and pass drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR regional routes based out of Decatur, GA.
• Home every 2 weeks and receive weekly pay via direct deposit.
• Participate in a monthly performance bonus program and maintain safety records.
