Swift Transportation in Decatur, GA is hiring for a Refrigerated OTR Regional CDL-A driving job. Positions offer weekly paychecks and a home base bi-weekly with regional lanes across Central, East, North Central, and South Central regions.

Starting July 13, 2026, drivers on the solo program have a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for the first 90 days, with an average weekly pay around $1,300 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k matching,

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
