Swift Transportation is hiring for an OTR Refrigerated Regional CDL-A driving role based out of Decatur, GA. This lane covers Central/East/North Central/South Central regions and offers bi-weekly home time.

The position features a $1,250 average weekly pay, weekly paychecks and a monthly bonus, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving. Applicants must have a CDL-A, be at least 21, and pass DOT requirements.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
