Job summary

Hansen & Adkins seeks an experienced CDL-A auto hauler to join our fleet. You will participate in paid training, handle loaded routes, and enjoy home daily schedules with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

We offer modern equipment, safety cameras, and a strong compensation package with growth opportunities. Candidates must meet all driving and regulatory requirements and live within 50 miles of the hiring location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have Class A CDL from state of residence.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience; auto-hauling preferred but not required.
• No automatic restriction.
• Must be able to work a 7-day work week if necessary.
• Must have a good driving record; no suspensions or revocations in past 5 years; no more than 4 violations in 36 months.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Hiring Radius: drivers must live within 50 miles of hiring location.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure loads.
• Operate late model trucks with manual and automatic transmissions.
• Follow safety and company policies to ensure compliant transport.

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home daily and weekends
• Variety of schedules available
• Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads

Equipment:

• Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down
• Transmission: Manual and Automatic
  • Drivers must be able to operate a manual transmission (No CDL automatic restriction)
• Outward and inward event triggered cameras in all tractors

Requirements:

  • Previous auto-hauling experience is preferred but not required
• No automatic restriction
• Must be able to work a 7-day work week if necessary
• Must have a good driving record
  • No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years
  • No more than 4 motor vehicle violations in a 36-month period
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
