Job summary

Hansen & Adkins is offering paid auto hauler training for CDL-A professionals. You will join a team with consistent routes, home daily and weekends, and strong benefits after 30 days.

Training is provided to elevate your CDL-A skills to auto hauling with modern equipment and safety focus. Eligible drivers can expect weekly pay, a variety of schedules, and opportunities for growth as you gain experience in auto-hauling operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL-A license issued by the resident state.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience.
• No automatic transmission restriction and ability to operate a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure loads.
• Maintain safety and efficiency on routes.
• Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations.

Compensation:

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home daily and weekends
• Variety of schedules available
• Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads

Equipment:

• Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down
• Transmission: Manual and Automatic
  • Drivers must be able to operate a manual transmission (No CDL automatic restriction)
• Outward and inward event triggered cameras in all tractors

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have Class A CDL from state of residence
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience
  • Previous auto-hauling experience is preferred but not required
• No automatic restriction
• Must be able to work a 7-day work week if necessary
• Must have a good driving record
  • No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years
  • No more than 4 motor vehicle violations in a 36-month period
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of hiring location.
