Hansen & Adkins is seeking Auto Hauler drivers with a CDL-A to join our team. Earn top pay with weekly direct deposits and take advantage of paid training to advance in auto-hauler operations.

We offer comprehensive benefits starting after 30 days of employment, home daily with weekend time, and a variety of schedules. Drivers operate late-model equipment, including 100% soft tie-downs, and must pass all DOT requirements to join our growing fleet.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required from resident state.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
• No automatic transmission restriction.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical and road test.

Responsabilités

• Operate late-model trucks with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Load, unload and secure loads; ensure safe handling and compliance with safety standards.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies; maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.

Compensation:

• Earn $90,000-$100,000 per year
• Additional Pay:
  • Eligible for Safety Bonus paid quarterly
• Scheduled pay increases based on length of service
• Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

• Home Time: Home daily and weekends
• Variety of schedules available
• Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads

Equipment:

• Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down
• Transmission: Manual and Automatic
  • Drivers must be able to operate a manual transmission (No CDL automatic restriction)
• Outward and inward event triggered cameras in all tractors

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have Class A CDL from state of residence
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience
  • Previous auto-hauling experience is preferred but not required
• No automatic restriction
• Must be able to work a 7-day work week if necessary
• Must have a good driving record
  • No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years
  • No more than 4 motor vehicle violations in a 36-month period
• Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of hiring location.
