1. Solo Company Driver - 12 months experience required
2. Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 annually
3. Average 2,500-3,000 miles per week; top performers exceed 3,000 miles
4. Run over the road with variable home time (biweekly+) depending on location
5. Loads planned a week in advance using optimization software
6. Automatic transmissions and primarily Drop and Hook loads
7. No touch freight
