Job summary

US Foods is seeking a professional driver in Phoenix, AZ to safely deliver product to customers and meet scheduled times. You will unload with equipment or by hand, verify deliveries, and collect payments when applicable, while delivering excellent customer service.

Required: valid CDL A, 21+, at least 6 months of commercial driving experience (or 3 months in food/beverage delivery), pass FMCSA Clearinghouse, read and communicate in English. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months experience in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience.
