Job summary

US Foods is looking for an experienced delivery driver to safely drive trucks to customers and meet delivery times. You will unload products with a pallet jack or by hand and verify deliveries with signatures.

You will handle collections when applicable and provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience. Requirements include a valid CDL Class A, age 21+, and reading/communication in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid CDL Class A with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Manual transmission experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and store in customer areas.
• Verify accuracy of deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
