About TBC

TBC’s trucking team enjoys a generous compensation package, overtime, sleep time pay, newer trucks (2017 and newer), performance bonus, and weekly pay. This role will also maintain a regular route and recurring customers.

Job Description

Average pay $80k annually

• Robust vacation package - up to 1 week in the first year, and 2 weeks after year one

TBC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL truck driver, based out of our Pen Argyl, PA facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced with securing and transporting deliveries regionally, as well as delivering excellent customer service to our partners.

Here is some insight into what your day-to-day will entail:

• Use of Moffett for on-job sites
• Safely secure, load, and transport deliveries in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Obtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation. Verify shipment documents, including bill of lading and work orders
• Complete daily DOT pre-trip inspections and logbook. Submit and verify accuracy of information
• Facilitate annual contractor show by transporting displays, setting up, and breaking down the company display booth
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance. Report issues, accidents, and damage to leadership
• Maintain and submit trip-related receipts and expenses
• And no tarping required!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)
• At least 6 months of commercial truck driving experience
• Manual transmission experience (10-speed preferred)
• Knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations
• B Train experience is a plus (not required)

• Organization and attention to detail; accurate record-keeping of documents, gas cards, receipts, etc.
