Job Overview

The Macomb Group, a recognized leading distributor in the Midwest for Pipe, Valve, and Fittings, is seeking a full-time Class A Driver at our Wyoming, Michigan location. We seek a motivated, enthusiastic, self-driven individual to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries
• Transport materials to and from specified destinations
• Prepare receipts for load pickup
• Maintain truck logs and proof of delivery
• Load and unload truck materials as needed
• Perform warehouse duties after routes, if required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and manuals
• Class A License
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• DOT Certification
• Ability to walk, sit, stand, climb, kneel, or crawl occasionally
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs frequently
• Capability to strap and load materials onto truck bed
• Knowledge of PVF is a plus

Work Environment

Location: Wyoming, Michigan

Schedule: Monday - Friday, day shift; OT on some Saturdays (8 AM - 12 PM); no nights, holidays, or Sundays.
