365 Freight USA in Dallas, TX offers a paid CDL-A trainee program with structured on-the-job mentoring and a clear path to solo status.

During the four-week mentorship you are paid, then you transition to solo driving at $0.55 per mile with typical weekly miles around 2,500, plus safety and performance bonuses.

Includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus after upgrade and a $500 bonus at 90 days, plus tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000 for CDL school.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL‑A license required.
• No prior OTR experience needed; new grads encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMVs safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and logs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and hours‑of‑service rules.
• Follow mentor instructions during training to qualify for solo.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers.
