Job summary

American Driver is offering a structured training program for new CDL graduates. You’ll spend 4 to 6 weeks paired with a veteran driver, learning the ropes before moving into solo pay.

During training you’ll earn $850 weekly, with a transition to $1,300–$1,500 weekly gross once solo, and top performers exceeding $1,800 weekly. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and a pet & rider program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL-school training completed.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Pass a hair and urine drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, every run.
• Accurate ELD logging.
• On-time pickups and deliveries.
• Clear communication with dispatch and customers.
