NIS EXPRESS is recruiting new CDL holders and offering a structured training program out of Lancaster. Trainees will spend 4 to 6 weeks on the road with a mentor, earning $850 per week during training and transitioning to solo pay with a lane-focused schedule.

After training, drivers can expect $1,300 to $1,500 weekly gross, with a guaranteed $1,000 weekly for the first 3 months of solo runs, and 1,800–2,000 miles per week on a sliding scale. Riders and pets allowed after training.

Formación

• Needs CDL Class A and completion of CDL training (120+ hours).
• On-the-job training with mentor on real loads.
• OTR experience in last 12 months preferred for experienced drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training with a mentor on real loads.
• Move to solo driving after training with full solo pay.
• Operate routes with home time every 2 weeks and a sliding pay scale.
