Job summary

American Driver LLC in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking new CDL graduates for a training-to-solo driver role. Trainees are paid during instruction; you’ll learn side-by-side with a mentor at $850 per week for 3 to 5 weeks.

After training you run solo on western lanes, earning $1,100–$1,200 weekly with a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 3 months and home time about every 3 weeks. Trucks are late-model Freightliners, with rider options and full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older with a valid Class A CDL.
• Completed CDL-A truck driving school of at least 120 hours.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No DUI or DWI in the last 10 years.
• Pass a DOT physical plus hair and urine drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Train with a mentor for 3–5 weeks at $850/week.
• Move to solo driving on western lanes within ~3 days of home.
• Earn $1,100–$1,200 weekly as a solo driver, with a $1,000 weekly guarantee for the first 3 months.
