Blue Trucking seeks a CDL A Driver Trainee to start your trucking career with paid orientation and training. No prior driving experience required; a valid CDL A is enough to begin.

During training you’ll be placed on an account near your home area with potential for local, regional, or OTR work depending on freight and ZIP. We cover hotel, meals, and travel for training.

After training you’ll receive ongoing support from orientation through dispatch to ensure a smooth start on your first routes.

Qualifications

• Valid physical Class A CDL
• No prior Class A driving experience required
• DOT physical and drug screen pass
• Willing to complete training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude
