Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee to launch a trucking career with paid orientation and training. The program places new drivers on suitable accounts near their home area and offers options for local, regional, or OTR freight.

New drivers receive training and support through orientation, with travel and hotel covered in advance by the company. No prior experience is required, and a valid CDL A is required to start.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL (actual or pending)
• No prior Class A driving experience required
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must complete training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude

Responsibilities

• After training, placed on best account near home area (local, regional, or OTR)
• Support throughout orientation, training, and dispatch placement
• Start trucking career with paid training and travel covered in advance
