Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee for OTR, regional, or local routes. This full-time position offers paid orientation, paid training, hotel and travel covered, and training with placement based on ZIP code.

Newly licensed drivers with no prior experience can join and will receive comprehensive orientation, training, and dispatch support to begin driving professionally on suitable local, regional, or OTR freight.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• No prior Class A driving experience needed.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Willing to complete the required training program.
• Safe driving record and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Place trainee on best available local, regional, or OTR account after training.
• Provide orientation, training and dispatch placement support.
• Assist in training new drivers to begin professional driving.
