Blue Trucking is seeking a CDL A Company Driver Trainee to join our team for OTR, regional, or local routes. This entry-level role includes paid orientation and paid training during the program, designed to support new drivers as they gain experience and placement on suitable accounts near their home area.

Newly licensed drivers with a valid CDL A can apply; no prior driving experience is required. The company will coordinate hotel, meals, travel, and account placement based on ZIP code.

Qualifications

• Valid physical Class A CDL
• No prior Class A driving experience
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must complete the required training program
• Safe driving record and professional attitude
