Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is looking for new CDL-A drivers to begin a structured, mentor-guided training program in Missouri. Trainees receive guaranteed earnings during training and weekly pay, with paid orientation and travel arrangements.

After completing training, you progress to full solo pay with take-home options. The role features no NYC routes, no-touch freight, and consistent home time as you advance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license (minimum age 21).
• Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved/accredited CDL school.
• Stable work history and clean driving/background record.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete the structured training program with 1-on-1 mentorship.
• Transition to full solo pay immediately after training.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass pre-employment screenings.
