American Driver is actively hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers for hands-on training with a mentor and brand-new equipment. Expect reliable earnings from day one, weekly direct deposits, and a structured coaching phase to reach full independence on the road.

In Casper, WY, you’ll benefit from guaranteed weekly pay during coaching, a $1,000+ weekly solo target for the first 90 days, and potential first-year earnings of about $70,000 to $85,000 or more.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old as required.
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours).
• Clean MVR/PSP and ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Participate in a 3–5 week mentorship program and complete hands-on training.
• Maintain logs, routes, and safety practices during early solo assignments.
