Job summary

American Driver in Thornton, CO is hiring entry-level CDL-A trainees for hands-on mentorship with late-model trucks. You'll train 3–5 weeks, receive a dedicated mentor, and start earning during coaching with guaranteed weekly pay.

Once solo, you can expect $1,000 weekly minimum for the first 90 days, with potential weekly earnings from $1,400 to $1,800 and first-year earnings of $70,000–$85,000+. The program offers 24/7 support, rider and pet policy, health coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old.
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school, 120+ hours.
• Clean MVR and PSP.
• Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• 3–5 week mentorship with hands-on training.
• Hit the road fully prepared after training.
• Operate trucks safely and follow DOT/company procedures.
